Terms and Conditions of Use
PAYMENT OF GOODS
We accept the following credit and debit cards. Visa, MasterCard, Paypal.
We also accept online payment, Please allow up to 5 working days before goods are sent out.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
We will endeavour to dispatch orders within NZ within 5 working days. If there is a delay on your order
which will result in delivery being over 10 working days, we will contact you to explain why your order will
be delayed and give you a new delivery date.
Orders to non NZ addresses are normally shipped via NZ POST International Airmail. Depending on the
country shipped to, 5 – 10 working days should be allowed from placement of order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please return it to us in its original condition,
along with your invoice within 7 days and we will refund you in full the cost of the goods. Refunds will only
be made when we have received the returned goods.
We regret we are unable to refund mailing costs except where items have been damaged in transit or
shipped to you as a result of an error on our part.
If the wrong goods are supplied due to error or the goods are faulty, we will refund you in full and supply
you with the appropriate self addressed pre-paid packaging for you to return the goods to us.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
To make a return please supply the following details:

* Address
* Contact telephone number
* Reason for return.
